BRAIN BALANCE · GATHERINGS & CONVERSATIONS
Brain BalanceThe Circle
One hour together.
Space for what is on our minds.
For the thoughts we want to share. For the experiences that bring us closer. Small online gatherings, facilitated by a psychologist.
You can speak. Or simply listen.

by simply being here.
Our proposed format
for the first gatherings
A SPACE TO COME TOGETHER
You do not need to have
the words ready.
Sometimes a conversation begins with something simple: “I’ve felt that too.”
The Circle is being designed for people who want to meet, share thoughts and hear different experiences of everyday life and relationships.
You do not need to have a specific question. Nor do you need to share more than feels comfortable. You take part in your own way.
CONVERSATION STARTING POINTS
Different experiences.
Shared questions.
Three proposed themes.
The first programme is taking shape.
MY RELATIONSHIP WITH MYSELF
My relationship
with myself
The demands I place on myself. My boundaries. The time left for what I need.
A starting point for conversation
When was the last time I did something for myself without feeling guilty?
ME & MY PARTNER
My relationship
with my partner
What I want to say but find difficult. Closeness, distance and our needs within the relationship.
A starting point for conversation
How can I ask for what I need while leaving room for the other person?
ME & MY FAMILY
My relationship
with my family
The roles we carry. Expectations, care and boundaries with the people closest to us.
A starting point for conversation
How can I stay close to my family without losing my own space?
THE RHYTHM OF THE GATHERING
One hour.
Without rushing.
A simple framework that leaves space
for conversation and for each person.
- 10′
Arriving together
A welcome, introductions and a first question that opens the conversation.
- 40′
Listening and sharing
The conversation finds its rhythm, while the facilitator makes sure there is room for everyone.
- 10′
Taking something with us
A thought, a feeling or something we heard. A calm close to the gathering.
CARING FOR OUR SHARED SPACE
Conversation needs
space and respect.
Our proposed framework allows each person to take part at their own pace.
Speak as much as you wish
You may listen, speak or write. Being on camera and sharing personal details are not prerequisites for connection.
A facilitator is present
A psychologist guides the flow of the conversation, maintains the boundaries and makes room for different voices.
We respect privacy
Participation without platform recording is planned. We ask everyone not to record the gathering or share other people’s personal stories.
BEFORE WE MEET
You may be wondering.
Is this group psychotherapy?
The Circle is being designed as a facilitated conversation and exchange of experiences. It is not intended for diagnosis, individualised treatment or crisis support. The final framework will be announced before registration opens.
Do I have to speak or switch on my camera?
In the proposed format, no. You may take part by listening or writing. You choose what you want to share, while respecting the group’s guidelines.
Who is it for?
The first gatherings are being designed for adults aged 18 and over. You do not need to be receiving psychotherapy at Brain Balance.
When will it begin and how much will it cost?
The programme, facilitators and any participation fee have not yet been finalised. They will be stated clearly before any booking is made. Registration and payments are not currently available.
How is my privacy protected?
We propose restricted access for participants, no platform recording and clear confidentiality guidelines. It is not possible to guarantee that another person will not make an external recording. Full terms will be available before participation.
